Brizendine and Associates Legal Nurse Consulting
Achieving maximum productivity with minimum wasted expense
As a CLNC, my goal is to meet and exceed your expectations by reviewing your case and providing you the requested medical-legal work product.
As a practicing Registered Nurse with more than 24 years' experience in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Gastroenterology, Emergency Room, Operating Room, Pre and Post operative areas, Medical Procedures, and Oncology, I have the expertise on the inner workings of the healthcare setting. I also recently obtained my SANE-A.
I have comprehensive and unparalleled knowledge of both paper and electronic medical records (EMR). My experience uniquely qualifies me to screen medical records both quickly and efficiently, determining whether cases are meritorious. Most importantly, I am qualified to see what ISN'T said, written, or has been tampered with, which can easily be overlooked by the untrained eye.

What? Why? When?
WHATÂ is a CLNC?
A Certified Legal Nurse Consultant is a Registered Nurse who has combined their healthcare knowledge with specialized CLNC training. The CLNC can quickly interpret medical and nursing issues in any case involving health, illness or injury.
WHYÂ do attorneys need a CLNC?
While an attorney is the expert on legal issues, the CLNC is the expert on nursing, the healthcare system, and its inner workings. No other professional possesses this level of cost-effective proficiency for reviewing medical records and understanding the terminology and subtleties of the healthcare system.
WHENÂ does an attorney need a CLNC?
From the instant a potential case presents itself, the CLNC becomes a valuable asset by identifying the medical issues, screening the case for merit, and providing a multitude of services relevant to your case.
